MegaProjeler has been established as a part of group companies of RIXOS to handle its iconic, monumental and state of art projects.

Being a member of the Rixos Group, provides advantage to mobilize knowledge, experience and manpower easily when needed.

Since MegaProjeler has been established, various symbolic projects in 3 continents / 14 countries have been completed with the collaborating world’s leading architects and companies such as KCA, Norman Foster, JRA, Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, WATH, Reardon & Smith, DP Architects, Atkins, Tabanlıoğlu, Arketipo, Paghera, Denniston, Artmim, Sembol İnşaat, Logo Construction, Aqualife, Gültekin Mimarlık.

MegaProjeler completed the leading projects that «Rixos Al Saadiyat Hotel», «The Land of Legends Theme Park», «Rixos Premium Belek Hotel» and decided to focus on fit-out, FF&E and Mep works by its own professional teams. And, it continues to serve its own projects with its wood factory established in Antalya under the brand FREEWOOD .

Megaprojeler, has completed it’s first Project, renovation of Rixos Premium Belek Hotel 07.11.2013. Given renovation was included but not limited to; Interior Decoration/Fit-out, MEP systems, FF&E, hardscape and landscape including its irrigation system. Project was consisted of a 770 key room hotel into 116.000 m2 built up area in total.

Upon successful completion of this Project, within a record time period of 6 months, MegaProjeler has been appointed as General Contractor for group’s milestone project first phase, which known as Land of Legends. Project includes 401 room key hotel, 200.000 sqm of shopping mall consists of 115 retail spaces and an aquapark which has major attraction points such as wave pool, dolphinarium, hyper coaster, underwater adventures and different 67 slides with turnkey scope of works.

At the same time, MegaProjeler has been awarded with its first overseas project, namely “Rixos Saadiyat Hotel” in Abu Dhabi/UAE. It has 366 room key hotel, 13 villas into 72.500 sqm built up area in total. The contract was a turnkey, design & build. Project has completed within an almost record duration in the region as 18 months included period of building permit and public opening.
